About Us

Structure Title Group, LLC is a full-service title insurance agency offering services that include title examinations, issuance of owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies, and real estate settlement and escrow services for both residential and commercial transactions. STG’s primary focus is to protect buyers, sellers, and lenders from the various pitfalls that occur in the course of a real estate transaction. STG carefully reviews the land records for each transaction. Whether it be a $200,000 residential transaction or a $5,000,000 commercial transaction, and identifies all existing liens, encumbrances, easements, and restrictions, and we take steps to resolve all possible title defects to ensure that all parties involved are protected.

Experience

Member and attorney, JD Kious, has been in the industry for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Company that not only serves to protect homeowners, but also attracts builders, developers, real estate agents, private bankers and mortgage lenders. The remaining Members of STG, Jeff Hollingshead, Mike Hollingshead and Ryan Hollingshead, are founders and owners of Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, LLC (“SRM”). SRM is a large concrete company that operates in 13 states and is the prime example of vertical integration. Connections and support from the Company’s Members will guarantee success for STG.

Outreach

Our team members serve and have served on several boards for organizations in Middle, TN. From the Beasley Animal Foundation to The Junior League of Murfreesboro, our team understands the importance of involvement in their community. Purchasing and/or selling real estate is extremely stressful. Our job is to go above-and-beyond for the buyer, seller, real estate agent, and lender. We are committed to working as a team and we want everyone to leave that closing room with joy. Agents and lenders, we strive to help your clients and to help you grow your business. If you do not feel welcomed when entering our office then we’re doing something wrong.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment - noun: “the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted.” If we do not achieve the desired result at the closing table then we have failed. Happy clients equal happy employees.
