Closings

In-office Closings

These are closings that will be scheduled with one of Structure Title Group’s closers and will be facilitated in the office. Please reach out to your contact at STG in order to schedule.

Remote Closings

We understand that flexibility and accommodation are important when it comes to the closing day. If it is more convenient for parties to sign at a location other than STG’s office, please call our office to discuss options. Our closers will need to have these scheduled in advanced in order to plan time for travel.

Remote Online Notarization

STG is familiar with Remote Online Notarization (RON) closings. Please contact Katie Caldwell, our Managing Director, to discuss this option further.

Electronic Closings

This type of closing is mostly used in cash purchases. Again, reach out to your STG contact to discuss further.

Mobile Notary

Are you located in a state other than Tennessee or outside of Middle TN? Not a problem. STG has a partnership with a vetted company that provides a notary service in almost every part of the United States. Additional fees do apply.
